Keith Krauter helps enterprises develop and implement robust governance models for their sourcing transactions. Keith’s expertise includes asset management, service level management, issues / disputes resolution and supplier performance review processes. He has worked closely with client stakeholders to develop factories for IT service requests, change controls and service levels. These factories provide consistency in processing, increased efficiency, reduction of duplication and streamlining of processing. Keith has supported the development of service levels for multiple infrastructure ITO RFPs. He is an expert in consumption and data quality management.
