Chris Bushra

An accountant by training, Chris has many years of experience in financial operations and shared services for large AEC (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) firms. While managing shared services for IT, as VP Finance and business enterprise architect, Chris effected improvements by first understanding the multi departmental requirements and needs of stakeholders and implementing numerous types of automation tools for process improvements in Finance, Procurement, Real Estate facilities and leasing, IT and HR departments. Chris is currently leading efforts in design and implementation of automation for shared services at AECOM with the goal of continuing to drive effectiveness and efficiency for the organization.
