Norman is a Senior Consultant with a profound expertise in the areas of (agile) IT project management and strategy. He is a professional in IT operating models and a member of ISG's Adaptive Organization team.   

As an experienced IT Consultant he supported various private companies and public organizations with their digital transformation in leading Project Teams, co-developing IT Architecture, defining the requirements of Software, developing small IT Tools (using e.g. VBA, Python) and dashboards for data visualization.
