Mark Fairbank is an accomplished consultant who has led large-scale public and private sector projects implementing ERP functions including financial, procurement, payroll, HR and employee benefits; organizational change management; and shared services design, development and management. Mark has also led ISG teams delivering independent validation and verification (IV&V) to clients. Mark has been employed by state governments of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, where he contributed as a statewide payroll manager, implementation manager, chief financial manager, and general manager.   He has over 20 years of experience in project management on large-scale systems integration projects and operations, including solutions offered by CGI, Infor, and Oracle.
