Fernando Cuadra brings more than 25 years of experience operating within large, complex global enterprises. Fernando advises clients on large-scale organizational, technology and cultural transformations, leveraging business agility principles of Lean, Adaptive Portfolio management, DevOps and Agile methodologies to evolve organizations so they can pivot in the face of change, industry disruption, and swings in the global landscape. Fernando leverages his experience to advise enterprises on opportunities related to Agile Product Management, adaptive digital strategy, strategic-to-tactical business agility transformation, adaptive organizational design, Design Thinking productization, and aligning technology to transform the business. Fernando is a principal consultant for ISG’s Adaptive Organization practice.
