She leads ISG's go-to-market strategy for the Manufacturing and Automotive Industries and Health Sciences, including pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical product manufacturing and distribution companies. For over 20 years, Jenn has provided strategic advice on technology, information technology, business process provider sourcing, implementation of specific solutions, and the ongoing measurement, management, and governance of provider services, relationships, and contracts.

Philipp offers sound technical and business skills honed during a broad range of projects in the past 13+ years. Philipp advises clients on building and scaling their digital capabilities ranging from identifying business value stream to developing consistent operating model and make-vs-buy decisions together with senior client stakeholders. 

Gaurav Gupta works as ISG’s Partner and Global Head for Digital Engineering Services. He co-leads the Manufacturing vertical in EMEA. He leverages his over two decades of experience in structuring and leading engagements toward business transformation. He promotes engineering-led digital transformation, with a focus on building on ISG’s strong enterprise advisory and sourcing platform to  achieve business-driven priorities. His expertise in enabling clients to define the new digital engineering-led connected enterprise allows them to define new operating models and realize new value.

Robert “Bob” Krohn is a Partner, Healthcare Practice Lead and Manufacturing Practice Co Leader at ISG. He has an extensive background in business process optimization, organizational design and execution including the direct oversight of numerous outsourcing contract negotiations. Bob is an ISG Digital Expert and a speaker/ blogger on emerging trends in Manufacturing and Healthcare.

Greg Quitmeyer is a Partner at ISG.

Rohit is tasked with growing ISG’s Digital Engineering Services and Smart Manufacturing practices with a focus on SMART Products and Services, Autonomous Operations & Connected Ecosystem solutions and works closely with our manufacturing clients.

Mr. Chang brings 30 years of experience in the Information Technology and Business Advisory services industries.  Richard has both client and market facing roles and is an expert across the entire lifecycle of business transformation leveraging digital solutions.  He develops and leads client relationships and focuses on business strategy development and execution.  He is a market influencer bridging client and service provider communities.  Richard’s clients include some of the largest food and beverage, print and digital media, medical devices, automotive and after-market parts, and high-tech electronics manufactures and distributors.  He earned a BSBA degree in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University, and a Global Executive MBA from the University of Southern California and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Having assisted more than 40 of ISG’s largest global clients in developing strategies for optimal delivery alternatives to meet their most pressing business objectives, Tim is one of ISG’s most accomplished experts in evaluating complex global sourcing alternatives. His expertise spans all aspects of information technology, and he regularly advises senior executives on strategy and delivery. He is an expert in sourcing methodology, contract administration, contract financial management, performance management, relationship management, transition management, IT and applications assessments, enterprise modeling, service delivery models and sourcing strategies.

John has 40+ years of providing global enterprises with practical, yet strategic vision to drive meaningful change through complex programs, which extend business value through the effective use of today’s exploding Digital capabilities. John is a senior leader for many multinational enterprises in Capital Goods manufacturing. John leads the North American Industrial Manufacturing segment for ISG and is regarded as a global thought leader, regularly advising on emerging technologies and operating model changes to drive innovation.

Greg Piazza works as a Director in ISG and leads ISG’s Aerospace and Defense advisory practice within the Manufacturing vertical. He has decades of experience managing global outsourcing engagements, large-scale contract negotiations, service delivery and customer relationships. Greg is responsible for leading ISG’s go-to-market strategies for Aerospace and Defense, working with clients to define outsourcing strategies, perform operational and financial assessments, lead large-scale IT engagements, develop governance models and manage transitions.

Dorotea Baljević is a Principal Consultant in the ISG solution of Cognitive and Analytics, enabling clients in their data transformations while delivering value across the entire ecosystem.

Dorotea provides the support and counsel to customers in their current and future digital journeys. Dorotea focuses on improving and enhancing the data and decision-making ecosystem to ensure healthy organisational longevity and relevance. Her spectrum of experience includes innovation, green-field environments, existing transformations (incl. building high performing teams) and decommissioning.

Mathias Schenk, an ISG director, leads the company’s organizational-change-management practice in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH region). He has almost two decades of professional consulting experience and focuses on IT organizational transformation and implementation of agile operating models. He brings in-depth OCM expertise in designing and deploying change-management programs that seamlessly integrate into clients’ transformation programs. He has a proven track record in the evaluation, design and transformation of complex and international business and IT organizations and has worked with many industries, including technology, automotive and logistics. He holds degrees in industrial engineering and business administration from Germany’s University of Karlsruhe and a degree in economics from Canada’s Brock University. He is ITIL v3- and v4-certified in IT service management.
