Thomas Helfrich
Director
Thomas Helfrich has over 18 years of experience in technology and advisory. In recent years, he has held leadership roles with Accenture, KPMG, Genpact focusing on robotic process automation and advanced cognitive automation technologies. He joined ISG in December of 2016 and is currently leading engagements for the RPA practice as well as advancing ISG’s cognitive automation capabilities and practice.
