With more than 15 years of international consulting and outsourcing experience, Franck has helped many companies design and implement major transformation programs and define new workforce and back-office strategies. Among the global transformation programs he has designed, numerous included shared services and multi-supplier outsourcing models. He has led implementations and optimization of global shared services in Europe, North Africa, Mauritius and India and large ERP and business process re-engineering initiatives in France, Europe and the US. Franck leads ISG’s Business Advisory Services in EMEA and is responsible for all business advisory services in Europe, including F&A, HR and Procurement.
