Ed helps clients optimize the delivery of operational services, including facilities management. Since joining ISG, he has led the RFP process for managing facilities for a large North American printer with more than 100 sites, 80 of them production facilities. He also advised a top European bank on management of its North American branch network. He has handled assessments for clients in health care, manufacturing, payment services, hospitality and data center infrastructure. Ed is widely published as a thought leader in outsourcing. He also contributes commentary on topics of interest to financial services institutions.
