Todd Dreger is Partner and President, ISG GovernX®, at ISG. A business strategist and turnaround expert, Todd has more than 20 years of internal and external sourcing experience that spans all aspects of information technology and business processes. His perspective has been shaped by stints as a sourcing procurer, service provider and advisor. He develops creative yet practical strategies and solutions that preserve a corporation’s culture while navigating challenging economic conditions. He has served clients in India, Israel, Eastern Europe and Central, North and South America. Todd has a bachelor’s degree in strategic management from the University of North Texas and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Past achievements for clients

• Delivering $129 Million in savings in three years for a $50 Billion managed care consortium. 

• Implementing a sourcing strategy and identifying invoice and inventory errors for a top 5 US bank. This resulted in renegotiated contracts with their primary telecom and network service providers, updated inventory and more than $15 Million in first-year invoice and inventory audit savings.

• Onboarding a major financial institution client for 20+ projects for their IT organization. Scott and his team retained a new business relationship—with the same number of projects—after the CIO of that original firm relocated to another firm and reached out for Scott’s and his team’s expertise.

• Taking a holistic approach, he led the review of the key 35 technology contracts for a top 20 US bank and drove more than $50 Million in savings over three years. 

With over 20 years of Network and IT experience, Abdallah plays a pivotal role in managing service delivery and improvement for the Americas region within industries such as Travel and Hospitality, Retail, and Life Sciences industries. He leads the Global Client Success team which encompasses the GovernX Technology Delivery and Support teams providing services to all ISG regions. Abdallah leverages his experience to facilitate alignment between the client’s supplier management functions and the broader business objectives while taking advantage of ISG Automation, Data, and Research to drive greater value from the supplier relationships.

Mr. Tienstra, an ISG Partner, is the Vertical Delivery Lead for the Technology, Retail and Enterprise Business vertical. He is responsible for developing and delivering services to some of the largest consumer products companies in the world including Kraft, P&G, Walgreens, and PepsiCo. He is responsible for all aspects of the delivery of service including developing and maintaining the skills of consultants to more effectively go
to market in the Technology, Retail, and Enterprise business industries.

David offers over 25 years of experience in information technology outsourcing with extensive experience in vendor management, change management advisory services. David has provided outsourcing advisory services for a number of clients supporting RFP development, provider selection retained organization design, vendor governance and obligation management. David has been with ISG for over 6 years. Prior to ISG, David had Account Management responsibilities at EDS and was a Business Process Reengineering consultant at A.T. Kearney. David has extensive international ITO experience and spent more than 11 years in Asia where he led numerous business transformation and IT transition projects. 

Ms. McBlain brings over 25 years’ experience in building and managing vendor management relationships to clients of ISG, including establishing vendor governance frameworks, in-depth knowledge of sourcing policies and practices in a government as well as commercial environment, conducting contract and commercial negotiations and assessing and managing risk within a vendor governance framework.

Kashyap offers 18+ years of experience in outsourcing, management consulting, solution design, change management and managing transformation programs. As a trusted advisor Kashyap works with client leaders in the energy, banking, gas and electric and manufacturing industries in creating sustainable solutions to design, manage, optimize and sustain healthy Supplier relationships. He is also the Product owner for ISG GovernX^® solution enabling clients effectively to govern & manage all facets of their sourcing relationship (contract, risk, commercial, performance & relationship). Prior to ISG, Kashyap has worked with Accenture, Infosys and IBM managing Transformation, Operations, Organizational Change, Account Management & numerous roles across the globe.

Sri is a proven executive-level strategic and advisory consultant. As a Senior Director of GovernX, he is responsible for both sales and delivery of client engagements, as well as for resource management and workforce strategy for the GovernX India team. Additionally, he leads GovernX Deliveries in UKIN and APAC regions.  He also drives the strategy for ISG India as a member of the Senior Leadership Council.

Rekha Acharya is an MBA with close to 25 years of experience across the IT value chain. She is a trusted technology advisor to many large enterprises. Within ISG she manages a sizeable portfolio of strategic clients and transformation projects and heads the ISG Executive Insights™ data-analytics-as-a-solution, which provides insights in one platform to optimize provider relationships and meet enterprises’ sourcing and third-party risk management (TPRM) needs.

Tanja Kruse-Jones leads ISG’s Supplier Management and Managed Governance Services service lines in EMEA, which provides holistic solutions to complex multi-sourcing environments. Tanja´s focus area of expertise is centered around  designing, operationalizing and automating Vendor governance, processes and operations. Tanja has supported many client organizations in optimizing their organizational set up and IT Vendor Management processes to improve client satisfaction, achieve operational excellence and deliver tangible business value. Tanja´s special expertise lies in integrating the people-aspect in transformation initiatives to achieve sustainable results. Tanja has been working in IT consulting for more than 20 years.

Ola is a passionate thought leader in emerging delivery models that contemplate the rapidly changing technology landscape. She advises organizations in the opportunities related to emerging technologies, digital transformation, provider ecosystems, new ways of working, and the culture of product-oriented delivery. Ola is fluent in Adaptive Organizations, Digital Strategy, Sourcing, Enterprise Agility, DevOps, Cloud and modern architectures, helping clients evolve their technology landscape, operating models and cultures. Ola is ISG's Digital Lead for North Europe and a member of the European Leadership Team.

• She advised a partially transformed logistics company (that had a pervasive, costly architectural sprawl issue) to create standards, guardrails and integrated roadmaps to promote efficiency and velocity using what was currently working well. Ola helped spark synergies among the teams impacted, and in only eight weeks, teams saw as much as a 200% increase in their throughput.

• On a tight deadline and limited budget, she applied Agile and modern delivery model principles to convert a brick-and-mortar's business model (with legacy systems and cumbersome practices that were seemingly incompatible with a more collaborative way of working) into a modern digital setting.
